AM  A very bad run this morning, I have had no enery and have been fighting with this cold that I have for a week and a half now. It was nice to talk to Andrea this morning and hope she feels better soon.

PM   Not sure why but using the stationary bike right now is not as tolling on me as running is, I don,t like that but that is what it is until I get over this junk that I have.  27 km = 16.8 miles
