AM   Progressive speedwork this morning  -  10 x 400 x 400 starting at 6:15 and ended at 5:42. Got some work to do as it is just a little slower then this time last year,  5 miles after that  for total of 11 miles this morning

Thanks Jeff, It was a good day as I just did not do anything all day, but did go out to eat with Mauri and the family. See you this weekend maybe? Gray asked me to help out with the event this weekend at Freeman Park and I am not sure what will be going on yet. Will let you know
