AM   3.50 easy miles and 1.58 MP miles,  still have this head cold that hasn't gone away but is not as bad as a few days ago as I have had this now for 2 weeks. I will just have to trust the Lord for his protection for this weekend marathon.

I'm not doing the marathon this weekend probably the Half. Have a pain below the knee that I just don't think my first 26 mile run from my recover would be good on.
