AM   Another morning of starting out sluggish for the first 2 miles and as the run went on I was feeling much better,  but on the bright side I am glad it is not the other way around and finish sluggish right.  McKay was in town and ran with him for the last few miles, have not seen him in awhile and just nice to catch up again.

PM   Lunch run from the shop up to the Greenbelt and ran a few times around and back to the shop  6.18 miles
