AM   32* and a little breeze at 5:30 this morning but warmed up nicely. It was nice to see a great sunrise and all the runners out this morning, Felt real good as I had a gel at the start and at mile 9 annd held up great until mile 18 and slowed some over the last 2 miles. Happy with the pace and energy level, I just needed one more gel.

Hey Marlin, it really was nice to meet and greet you at the end of that death march at Boston. So was that your 10th Boston? It was my 10th time at Boston.

I see you grabbed 20 miles this am, are you nuts or are you getting ready for another marathon soon???

Slick - no that was just the 10 marathon, I have been watching your blog for a while now and Mauri and I are so impressed at the quantity of marathons that you have ran, you are incredible Slick! Will be running Utah Valley Marathon and maybe a half before that.

Thanks for the complements. I'm jsut a short, fat, old balding guy trying to make the best of what ever it is I doing? Congrats on your 10th marathon!

And to do a 3:29:05 at Boston on a totally "fry" day is awsome!

My next races are the Nestle 5K in June, the Des News 10K in July and the Crazy Curts Provo Trail run 1/2 mary before I do NYC in November. I don't think I'll be doing any Utah marys this year unless I get weak and sign up for the Park City Marathon? Are you and Mauri doing the Utah Valley Mary????
