Ran with my wife and Sadie, Ran most of it but towards the end I turned the walk breaks into fartlek run. Good start

Mauri and I will be back in Mesa AZ for the winter by Oct 20th and we have set a goal to run the Phoenix Half Marathon, I have not ran a race since 2015 at the Rio Del Lago 100 miler, I am excited to train again
