AM   Set out for a run this morning from the Greenbelt and got 1 mile down the road and turned around and ran back to the truck and went to the gym, legs felt tired and things just was not right.  Road the bike and it was much better and had a good workout even,     Ran two miles and road the stationary bike 1 hour for 24.3 miles.

PM   Ran 6 miles on the TM, 2 miles easy and 4 at MP.

         4.55 miles on the Elliptical after my run.

Hope everything is alright. Way to listen to your body and not force things. Hopefully you just needed a day break to let those legs refresh.

Curt, they just didn't want to work this morning. Where are you guys running at on Sat. I am well sorta on taper and good for 6 to 8 miles, but not fast miles?
