A nice run before going out of town

Ran on the treadmill this morning as it was dark when I got here last night and was not able to check out places to run 

Class for half day and a half day of riding some awesome road bikes. 11 miles on the New Fact Tarmac  and 11 miles on the Vinge

Ran 8 miles outside this morning....What a great day to today  another half day in classrooms and out for a great mountain bike ride as we rode so awesome bike trail but a crazy afternoon as one rider went down hard and had to be life flighted out after a hard fall that knocked him out for over 6 to8 minutes, and another fell into a patch of poison oak.   Had a great time on the mountain bike ride today as some of its technical and some not so technical and rode all the way out to the ocean.    35 miles

Back home now and the run was much better, It was very busy out of town and all and the running sort of took a back seat to it but nice to be home now and getting ready fo Rio Del Lego
