| | AM Ran from the Greenbelt and did the big loop + some, it was a cool and windy morning but it was nice to get out this morning I felt very good as the run went on and was able to pick the pace up about mile 6 but still tryed to keep the effort easy. A nice morning run!!!

| | AM 12.15 miles on a very nice morning for a run, Started out with a 1 mile easy run and went into a 3 x 1 mile x 400 speedwork, and finished the remainder of the run at a some what easy pace. Random loops around the Greenbelt and Sunnyside

| | AM I loved this mornings run, I felt good, weather was good, fueling was good, what a great way to start the day. I have been responding very well to the longer runs this week
AM Rode my road bike into work on a very nice and sunny day, need to ride more as the Boise Half Ironman is in 6 weeks.

| | AM Day off today so I went out later for my run then normal, Tempo run this morning - 1 mile w/u 7 mile tempo - 2.20 mile c/d. Happy with the tempo pace but needs alittle work
PM Went out at 1 pm this afternoon for a 40 mile bike and wanted to do 20 out and back and from the house I made it half way up Sunnyside hill, it was a great day as iI even got a sun burn. After my wife got home she wanted to go out for a ride and we rode 6 miles together for a total of 46 miles for the day.

| | AM Set out a little sooner so I can get the lawn mowed before work, just a nice and easy run this morning on a very nice morning.

| | AM Set out at 4:30 this morning on a very nice morning, warm, and no wind at all. Ran the big loop from the Greenbelt to Sunnyside to Freeman Park twice, I felt good and maintained an even pace for the run and even did some P/U for the last mile. I ran in my HOKA and they felt great with no jarring and felt good, a very nice long run and recovery shoe.
