AM   Slept in some this mornig and got out the door around 7:30,  temp was great and feel ok and hope for a nice race tomorrow at Poky, want to work on some stuff - nutrition - pace - and just to relax and stay consistant,  just want it to be a stepping stone for the Nov 8th 100 miles.  But i do want to have a good race also so we will see how i feel in the morning.
