AM   Ran the 10 mile loop along the river this morning on a cool but very nice morning, just ran easy and thinking alot about the race but wanted to run longer but needed to get back for church.

PM   Set out around 2pm this afternoon on a road bike ride from the house into town and then north of town to 49th to 35th and back the same way home.  Great ride - 36.41 mils
