AM   A nice easy 6 miles, felt very good and no issues at all as I hope it stays that way.  Ran in the Newtons this morning and I really like them alot as my legs and stride are falling into them nicely

i had a pair of newtons a few years ago and i really liked them...they're just too pricey to get another pair!

have a good taper week and good luck on saturday. i'll be watching for you (i'm hoping to be at the canyon exit, and then of course the finish line).

I am going to run in the Saucony Cortana, I am not ready to run a full marathon in them yet but will run the 13.1 miles in them at the Boise Half Ironman in 4 weeks.
