AM   Speed workout this morning, 1 mile w/u  4 x 800 x 400 jog  6:15 (145) - 6:11 (152) - 6:07 (157) - 6:03 (159) - 0.50 mile c/d and then went into goal MP to the 8 miles and then 0.50 mile c/d.
