8 miles and alot of hills in it,  it has been hard to get the runs in here in Tahoe. The morning run is fine but to get in a run after work is the hard part as it is hot, today at the lake it was 86 and in Carson City it was 91 yesterday and the TM in the hotel was even hotter then that. Do what i can right!  The weatherr is nice here don't get me wrong but when I go from cool temps back home to hot temps here it may take a week to get used to it.

I can relate to being in that heat all day Marlin. It's draining me here and it's only about 80. I can't even imagine trying to run in it at the end of the day. Good luck with it all, hopefully it will cloud up a little for you.
