Well this race was a mess,  the first 12 miles was good but got worse from there as my stomach started to cramp and by mile 14 AND 15 I was on the side of the road vomiting and not sure that the heck was the causeof it was and then was dealing with cramps because of lack of hydration and all and lasted from mile 17 to 22 and from there on it was my attitude because I was just so pissed about it all.  Just glad to finish and move on from that one.

Sorry about the issues with this one. Just write it off and move on to the next one, we all have these type of days.
