TM run at the gym this morning,  1 mile progressive w/u - 7 mile Z2 run and .50 mile c/d. Seen Jeff at the gym and he introduced me to his Father-in-Law, he is a very nice man. Talked to Andrea about next weekends run and how she is feeling much better now, and sat in the steam room for 40 min., on my way home I got a coffee for my wife and I and droped hers off to her at her work, and am going to put the Christmas tree together now and then a nap.  What a great day!

Good to see you this morning, have fun with the tree...we did that yesterday, today outside lights (my least favorite thing to do...ever!).
