Pretty impressive running this week, the only 2 guys beating you on the mileage board so far are going for OTQ's. I guess your next ;)

That is to funny, Rob my wife and I have adult children and would have alot of time on our hand if we didnt run, we love to run with a passion and I am training for an upcoming marathon and just want to be ready for it as I am trying to better my BQ time is all.

You are still running as strong as ever Rob!!! And thanks for the help you gave me on the HR training a few months back.

I'm doing OK, had to take off a few months from a stress fracture so I'm just trying to get back into it.

Good luck on getting to Boston, I've never done it but would really like to experience it some day.
