| | AM Ran City Creek this morning with Glen and had a great time, but legs felt heavy on the up hills and fine coming down. It was a little cool at the top but the trail was in great condition.
PM Got in a 2 hour nap this afternoon and felt awesome as this does not happen much. Set out for another run this afternoon and felt good but just was taing it easy for the most part

| | AM A cool but nice morning run, started slow and sluggish again but got better as the run went on and finished strong. Doing a spin class tonight and not sure about an afternoon run or not - we will see. 10.20 miles

| | AM Set out a bit late this morning, ran the big loop around the river with the first loop slower then the 2nd. Again I started out sluggish for the first 3 miles an got better the longer the run went.
