AM   7.15 miles around the river on a cool and winddy morning.  I was a very eventful weekend with the Iron Cowboy all day Friday, Gray an I set-up for the race all night Friday and Sat. morning and the MAD Marathon and Half on Sat. Morning and then clean-up after the race.  Glad things are quiet now and back to normal.  But it was worth it all (for the most part)
